This class is focused on relaxing, releasing, recuperating body, mind, and spirit. It is open to all levels of experience. Mindfulness yoga utilizes the teachings of Kripalu yoga which is a compassionate approach with emphasis on meditation, physical healing, and spiritual transformation that overflows into daily life.
